Quick Fix for CD-ROM

The following link can be used to download a 740 Kb Zip archive of 4 files. If you copy the entire CD-ROM contents to your hard drive and replace the 4 files in the Zip archive with the originals in the HTML folder on the CD-ROM, then the indices will be fixed.
